Default WILD CUSTOM 996 C4S Conversion to 997 Custom Widebody Orange Paint

This is defintely not for the tame at heart. One of the craziest 996 to 997 conversion I have ever seen. This is defintely a hit or miss with most enthusiasts. You have to appreciate all the work that went into the build though.

These pictures were supplied by my buddy in Indonesia. This weekend the car won best of show at one of the biggest shows out there.

Everything is custom made or built. Looks like a cross between a Tech Art Front and Gemballa Sides and Rear.

Car is supercharged with the Evolution Motorsports supercharger with Vortech components.

The one bit I really like on this is the rear lower diffuser where the exhausts come out. That looks pretty cool imho.

I can't see spending that kind of money making a 996 look like a tricked out 997. But, it does look well executed.

The one bit I do find interesting is the front hood. If it is actually vented and functional. I could see a use for that with downforce and a properly placed center radiator.

very true...why?? with that, I love the way it looks. At first, I wouldn't have ever thought it was a 996, until I saw the close up of the nose on the back of the flat bed. I was like....hmmm...those lines are so 996. Very interesting shape.

I think even Ben C. would have liked this.

Looks like they put on an entire catalog cf bits. Looks like one of those boxter cgt plastic cars. Another car for the Top Gear Carbage collection.

Are those even real girls? Maybe they are fake like the car???
