I've never been happy with my tint - the tint level and the overall quality - too dark (not sure about the %) and I have some scratches. I purchased the car with the tint already installed. I'd like to have it removed and replaced.

Can it be stripped cleanly? Is that something that can be done well at a reputable tint shop?

Any suggestions in the DC metro area?
