996 Wiper Issues

2003TT; the wipers will operate one cycle when the cruise control is activated. Has anyone had this problem and/or had it corrected. Thanks.

Sounds like a grounding issue? Like electricity is back tracking through the wiper switch to find a grounding source? Just a thought.
