Routing Backup Camera Cable to Head Unit

Routing Backup Camera Cable to Head Unit
Does anyone have any pointers as to how to route camera cable from rear license plate to the Head unit. If someone has done it before, please let me know which way is best to route the cable. Car is a 2004 C4s Cabriolet. Thanks.
