hey guys just remember that am warranties are just like the factory in the sense that if the car has been modded or tracked you will be up the creek wo a paddle. with respect to engine replacement or high dollar claims they will look long and hard.

You really need to read the warranty provisions themselves, because I believe you can mod as long as you use OEM parts [look for language like non-factory approved]. The distinction here being aftermarket mods.

As far as "tracked" is concerned, you need to read your policy provisions very closely as "tracked" can either "raced competitively," "timed racing" "on a track at all" "look like it has been on a track" or something even less than that. The big issue here is who has the burden -> if your car is stock, the warranty company will have to find a reason to deny your claim (i.e., internet search for your youtube videos or Autocross times). If your car looks like has been "tracked" (i.e, race seat and roll bar + fire extinguisher), they will deny your claim up front and force you to prove that it hasn't benn "tracked".
