Debadge or No?
Ok so went on a little pre-fun run excursion today with a buddy and he has his 88 carrera debadged. I love the look on his car but not sure how it woudl look on mine. Anyone have a picture of a clean C2 in Seal Gray with no badge?

My understanding of debadging is to show a car what it is not....often to either hide performance, or to make a car look like a similar (to the untrained eye) better model. I think it's more of a street racing tactic.
I wouldn't do it.
thanks,
Amir

Hi Bill,
I'm with Benjamin and Riad. Seal gray is a subtle color and the badge adds a little something imho. But hey, you know best what you like. So, do what makes you happy!

Not much involved in debadging a P-car compared to VW or Audi changing grills, etc, but why?
Are you just removing the Carrera off the back? That's probably reasonable...

the 996 can pull off the debadging just fine.
if you don't have the aerokit, leave the carrera or other script badge on. if you do have an aerokit, take off the script badge and put the 911 badge on (keeps things more tidy and less busy).
