Headlights and tail lights are covered in the owner's manual. Headlights require the tool in the hazard kit and tail lights are obvious when you pop the engine lid. Side lights just pop out when pulled from inside the wheel well.

If you dont have the tool, I believe the correct socket size is 5mm with extension. Simply turn and you will hear a small pop noise. then they will slide right out. To re install press the headlight assembly firmly back into place and turn the socket/tool in the opposite direction than before (you may need to press on the headlight assembly simultaneously. The rears are even easier. Just look for the screws and remove. I have removed and installed both several times and have never opened the manual and am not a full time mechanic.

And make sure you lock the cam when you put the headlamp pods back into the car.
Failure to do this will lead to a stunning James Bond style missile launch next time you pull up sharply at the lights.
Your light pods keep going and bounce expensively into the intersection......

Some of us got our cars without manuals and are trying to fix things. Got mine today (02 C2) front fogs don't work, rear does, so I assume it's either the bulbs or programming. Only other thing is dead radio, and I'm guessing the fuse behind the radio, because we had to jump start the dead battery. The guy I bought it from hadn't driven it for weeks, (but he said the radio was working the last time he drove it).!!! And not because of weather either. Got to find those STUPID Becker keys...at least I have the code...
