I'd look into those issues before going with HRE's. Again, this is from memory of internet accounts, and not direct experience.

Thanks for the great photo. Almost my color even! (now that I have changed the side markers, of course . ....)

Arenared, I love those wheels. I ride Sport Designs in the summer, but man if you don't have me tempted to move the designs to winter duty and upgrade to the RG5s. Those are about as pretty a wheel as I've seen for the car.

Jon996, if you twist your brain inside out, this picture may help you. In the front is a C4S with what I believe are RG5s (but with the bolts). That will give you a better picture of rear RG5s and lips. Behind it is my Arena Red which is close to Orient Red. So, visually graft my front on the C4S.

I had read the same info. I have no idea if the stories are true or internet BS.

Thanks for the reply--I have seen great photos of both. For some reason I am drawn to the BBS/RG5 design for my car. My car is leaning more towards the luxury touring car (full leather and full wood interior purchased by original owner) and less towards the street racer look.

Maybe I'm trying to recreate the wire-wheel look of my childhood dream car the E-type Jaguar. [Without the engine, electrical, and rust problems of the Jag]

Anyway, thanks again for the suggestion . . . Really like the advice I get here at Rennlist!

Thanks for the compliment Mark

Jon, please call me if I can help. We do stock the RS-GT if interested.

Advent996,

Are those turbo wheels on a 996? If so, please show me more.
