I have a 2002 Porsche with tape deck and 6 CD changer

Can I buy and install the CDR-23 in my 2002 Targa?
I read a few places and saw that many said the CDR-23 is for 2003 and up???

No, CDR-23 will only work on cars with the MOST fiber optic system.
MOST started on Porsche's in MY2003.
