Default looking for C4S daily driver

Can anyone offer any websites/dealers who 'specialize' in C4S cars or the best places to look for a C4S?

Looking for a C4S daily driver, stock, not a garage queen, just solid mechanicals in a low maintenance color.

Thanks!

I am also searching for specific models. I am using AutoTrader.com, Cars.com, duPontRegistry.com, eBay.com (yep eBay), PCA.org and this forum.

But really I do not know anyone that 'specializes' in just C4S. There are deals to have out there too, so shop around and do your homework.

Guys, also try the classified section of www.motortrend.com. You can filter the results to Carrera 4S models only.

Dayum! If I had an MSRP 997 GT3 in my sights, I'd sell mine to the highest bidder.

What color do you want? I'll find you a new one or a low mileage pre-owned one!

hi....i found my car on the porsche website. You can narrow down your search and find a cpo car as well.

www. porsche.com

hit the pre-owned link and follow instructions.

Good luck! It makes for a wonderful daily driver.

My dealer just couldn't get a GT3 allocation in the time I wanted, and everyone else seems to want me to pay additional for the priviledge to own one. No thanks. I'm happy enough with the C4S, don't need to be raped for a GT3.

Now that I've backed down from the "I gotta have one" mentality, I'm actually quite content. At least, until they come out with the 998 GT3

I was looking for exactly the same thing 2 years ago. Searched most of what's been discussed here, settled on ebay. Requires a little extra due diligence, but then maybe it's only the required due diligence anyway. Spoke with the seller, the seller's wife, the dealer, the insurance agent, ran carfax and an inspection.

2 years later, she's been perfect. Now, seriously, how often do you ever here, "SHE'S been perfect"?

Good luck.

I mentioned "daily driver" to my C4S, and she just huddled under her cover in the garage. I don't think she's interested.

Palting:
With GT2 wheels, 335/30/18 rears, 245/40/18 fronts, X51, euro M030, induction, exhaust and chip mods you can turn your C4S into a thinly disguised GT3. I'm well over 400 hp pulling 1g in corners and my insurance is only $900 a year! Are you sure you want to trade you C4S for a GT3?
