I've found 2 nice C4S's locally, but with over 65,000 miles...
I searched threads and I am going to ask if the following was done recently on top of standard maintenance:
Clutch
Transmission Fluid
Spark Plugs
Serpentine Belt
Am I missing anything?
If the clutch hasn't been changed, when should I expect it to go out? around 80-100K???
Also anything I should be on the look out for in a C4S...
If initial inspection goes well, I'll take it over to Tony Callas to get a PPI... he sounds like he knows a thing or two about P-cars...

I know guys that raced machines up to 100,000Km without changing the clutch;
it really depends how the driver shifts.
I had Porsche check my C4S before I bought it. They found a RMS leak, and a cracked oil cooling
tank, which since then I learned these are common occurrences.
RMS was for the second time (previous owner had one also), and it has been fine from 33,000Km
up to 61,000Km or so. Clutch was changed also.
PPI is a must.

PS you might also need rear tires, and new brake fluid

That's relatively high mileage. Not many people on this board will have had that car with that many miles. Can't think of anything else other than what's on your list, plus a good PPI.
One thing that's good with a well-maintained high mileage car is that all the things that can break should have broken by now. If everything is in good shape, then it's golden.

I agree, if the price is right and the car is well cared for it's should not be an issue, I have run my Porsches up to some very high miles as have many on Rennlist.

65,000 miles is really not that many miles for one of these cars. I wish I was still down at that level. I am up to 95,000 now and I am convinced it is running better now than when I got it at 40,000 miles. I had a guy pull in next to me last night and compliment me on the car. He thought it was new and was shocked when I told him it was a '99 with 95,000 miles. And this is on a car that doesn't get to see the inside of the garage a lot.
As previously stated, a car that gets driven holds up better and the things that do break have broken and been fixed. At 65,000 miles that car is averaging about 13,000 miles a year and that means it was probably very reliable.
