Looking for detailer in ATL
Unlike the poster in a recent thread, I've got a great Indy shop for my Cab. What I need is a recommendation for a good detailer who can buff my car. I'm afraid to take it to a stranger .... as I have seen finishes ruined in the process.
Preferably in the Marietta / West Cobb area.
Thanks in advance.

Buy a Porter Cable buffer and order some Zaino.
I would never trust somebody else working on my car...
There's lots of shops around here in Atlanta. Nobody I'd dare to recommend though.

I was thinking the same thing, although I have the buffer from Griots. The only one I trust other than myself is my son, but that is because I taught him everything and watch him closely. Having said that, my son may be interested in detailing your car if you are game.

I'm not sure at all. I only know its 7 years old, has swirl marks and other surface blemishes including a little road tar/? behind the front wheels that does not respond to tar/sap remover.
My background with Porsches is in mechanical repairs .... I'll attempt just about anything .... but I know little / nothing about cosmetics beyond a good wash job.
I know there is a lot of information out there, and I'd actually be interested in some day getting into my own detailing .... but right now I hardly have time to even vacuum it out, and we can't use outdoor water to even wash our own cars (at home).
