Rim Weight information
Does anyone know the Rim weight for these 2 rims. I did a search but found nothing. Thanks

Assuming OEM right? (both are made in replicas as well which are heavier).
MY02 5-spokes
18 x 8 = 20.5lbs
18 x 10 = 22.7lbx
GT3 wheels:
18 x 8.5 = 25lbs
18 x 11 = 28lbs
for good measure...
REPLICA MY02 5-spokes (the italian ones...apparently there are china ones now too)
18 x 8 = 23lbs
18 x 10 = 26.8lbs
REPLICA GT3 wheels
18 x 8.5 = 25lbs
18 x 11 = 30lbs

Light, strong, and economical rarely ever come in the same equation.
I agree the GT3 wheels are heavier than I expected them to be...but comparatively they're still not horrible and they've proven to be much stronger than the MY02's...and they're wider to allow more rubber under the car.
For example the GT3 wheels are wider and still lighter than both the Sport Classic and Sport design wheels for the 996.
