You too? We had to have a plumber over also... start a decorating job, then find a leaking valve. Fun!

Cracked main drain pipe in front yard to street --> backup of water into house --> minor flood. Thousands $$$$ to repair. Fun? NOT. But, we're getting OT.

Ouch! At least mine was only a $160 valve job.

I hope that there wasn't too much damage in the house.

Phil G., you're a good sport to take the ribbing that you're regularly given.

Thanks - Tim and Wayne are really good guys and this is one way we all keep our sanity (or what's left of it). Anyway, I'd rather get hosed by those two guys than my plumbers. Inside damage isn't too bad - drywall and ceiling tiles, etc. It's the outside work that's going to cost some money. **** happens - in this case, literally.

Ewww! That's an image I didn't need just before going to bed.

I'm glad to hear that the inside of the house is okay - sorry about the outside.... sadly, there I may not be able to help.

There are a few on this board I thought were full of ****, and you weren't one of them... that's not fun.

Appreciate the compliment! There are more than a few on the board that are FOS. I just try to put up some fun posts, and very occasionally, an informative one, and just have a good time. You, Riad, crack me up on a daily basis!!

Braille is a carbon-wrapped battery of another brand, which is substantially cheaper than $240 but without the carbon.

Rennline.com has Odyssey PC680 for much cheaper and an aluminum mount for it that fits the car as well.

Thanks for the info. The key for me is when the time comes I would want a lighter battery, every little bit counts, although I am not running my car in TT's, just DE's.
