et 50 front and 65 rears are stock.

For the rears, I am running et 50 rear on 18x10 wheels (285/30/18) with no issues what so ever on a lowered narrow body. I would say 50 is the max you can run without rubbing.

+1

I currently run 285/35/18 (a little taller tires) on 5-Spoke 18x10 rear wheels with a 15m spacer (brings the 65 offset to 50); works well on my lowered C2 Cab.

Here's a pic with this offset; only difference to above is that the pic was taken with a 265/35/18 tire.

Would 11 inch wide 18s with a 45 offset work?

Dont answer. I found the answer and they will not fit.
