I just spotted these rims on ebay. If they are for real it is a steal. They appear to be Champions (at least according to the caps) with one possibly being slightly damaged. Marc, you are absolutely right. If it can be repaired, they would make some great track wheels. Unless somebody stuck a Champion center cap on some cheap knock-offs.
