Years ago a great but somewhat socially clueless friend of ours moved into a new house. We threw him a big housewarming where everyone brought flamingos and those little sunflower windmills. His front yard was full. At some point during the evening he proclaimed that he’d leave a few of the lawn ornaments in front but the rest of them were going in the garage. I'm pretty sure his neighbors weren't too happy that a year later a little flock of pink birds were still there.
I thought I learned that night the importance of making jokes outlandish enough that even the slowest among us wouldn’t inadvertently take them seriously. I guess I came up short again.

Exactly...there is no "normal" car these tires will fit...and the dead giveaway is the 2 different sizes for fronts and rears. That's why I'm calling ahead. When I got the last set mounted....I drove the car in cuz the old tread needed to be removed. F those guys. And to top it all off...I think the fronts need to be rebalanced!!!!! Lil bit of a shimmy around 90...annoying.

After I told him the size of the wheel and the rear tires over the phone, he asked what car it was for. Then he said, "they take a long time. You'll have to drop them off."
They are a big chain around here. Just opened up a place a few miles from me. they suck
