In that case, yes, you "whooshed" me. I guess I've seen enough people actually spend money on nitrogen fills that I missed the joke.

Did they know that the wheels were for a porsche? Next time, don't tell them. Tell them it's for a civic...seriously.

I do it for free. I have a friend with a wheel shop who lets me do my own for free.

Exactly...there is no "normal" car these tires will fit...and the dead giveaway is the 2 different sizes for fronts and rears. That's why I'm calling ahead. When I got the last set mounted....I drove the car in cuz the old tread needed to be removed. F those guys. And to top it all off...I think the fronts need to be rebalanced!!!!! Lil bit of a shimmy around 90...annoying.

Hey, look on the bright side... at least they didn't scratch them while mounting the tires.

I just got quoted $100 per wheel for mounting by Sullivan Tire. Called a smaller place and was quoted $25 per tire (Rim Pro).

After I told him the size of the wheel and the rear tires over the phone, he asked what car it was for. Then he said, "they take a long time. You'll have to drop them off."

They are a big chain around here. Just opened up a place a few miles from me. they suck

Tim, I was thinking of doing the right side for $200, and the left side for $50, to see if the car turned better to the left.
