Default gauge screw up

Ok, I was switching out the amber instrument leds for some white ones and (being a guy) didn't read the instructions on how to disassemble the cluster. The problem is I removed the tach neddle without thinking and have no idea whether I have it back on in the right position or not. So if someone could post a pic of a 3.4l tach at rest that would be great, I figure if i can get the rest position right, i'll be set. I would also like to get a pic of the cluster powered up to be extra sure (in the furthest posistion before ignition I guess).
