Default Climate Controle problem

For no reason at all, after leaving my car parked overnight, i turned it on the next day and noticed a lot of noise and vibration comming from the air fans. to be presice, my dashboard sounds like there's some kind of very angry R2-D2 trapped under there.

When the fan is turned on to max, its so loud that the whole dash vibrates and it sounds like a struggling Airbus engine.

any ideas as to what it can be? everything is working properly, the A/C, normal air, all the controls, etc. I think maybe something got caught in the fans? is this possible? and if so, how do i access them without taking apart my whole dash.

Here is a link to a short RenTech thread that describes your symptoms. Loren stated that some times the insulation around the fan falls down and contacts the fan.
