Default Yet another tire question: Kumho vs Falken

I need some tires for my new C4S to replace the worn-out P-zeros, man do these things HOWL when worn!

Can anyone share experiences with a couple of the 2nd tier tires specifically the Kumho SPT or the Falken 452. This car will probably only see street duty as I have a dedicated track car.

Car will be used mainly for spirited street driving in mostly dry conditions.

I had the Kumho's on a previous 993 and E36 M3 and was pretty pleased with them.

Thanks.

I just put on 452's a few days ago....they look great, and feel pretty damn good too. I have 451's on my 85 and they've been great...in wet too. They wear well. Sorry I can't elaborate too much, as I haven't had too much seat time with them....however....I paid $674 for all four delivered....same sizes as your car.

3,000 miles & no complaints w/ the 452's. Great all-around tire for the $.
