Default Need help preparing my car for track events

Hello I have 1998 euro 996 tiptronic. The car is stock except PSS9 suspension. Before I installed the PSS9 I had stock shocks with H&R springs. Now after changing to PSS9 when I am driving on track F1R1 or street F7R5 set it seems that car have more understeer than before. What can I do to reduce understeer? My PSS9 is set for Euro sport (M030) suspension (height and settings). I was thinking about:
1. Install wider front tires like 235/40
2. Front suspension GT3 settings? What chamber?
3. Install H&R sway bars? What setting after install?

How do you like using the tiptronic for track work. Thinking about trying out my tip on the track at some point. Scott.

Not bed at all. The car is not as fast as (6th speed) but will due. At track more important are yours driving skills, suspension, tires, etc (at my last event there was one driver in Civic CRX that was faster than Porsches 993 and 996! It was dedicated track car very light, fast rev engine, no interior, race suspension and tires).
On track or DE event when you have truns that don’t required 1st gear it is better to drive on tip mode. You can concentrate more on driving & braking. If you have very slow turns on tip mode the transmission is not always switching to 1st gear. The manual mode is also very nice.

Mike for track you need more negative camber in front. Try negative 2.5 degrees and negative 2.2 in back. Set front toe in to 2 mins per wheel. In the rear 16. minutes toe in per wheel.
Best

Will this also work for street? How about tires, will they wear a lot faster on inside? How about straight line driving? I am looking for something that will work well both on street and on track. I can not afford to have just track setting on my car.
