Make sure that you call Porsche USA and let them know what happened. Although they can't do anything to the dealership since it is indy owned, it does document the case for later customers. Also, the case with the misdiagnosis for the battery should be brought to the GM's attention. If he blows you off, talk to his boss. The $200 you got charged for the new battery probably included a disposal fee for your 2 month-old battery. They should reimburse you for the labor accrued for the battery replacement since it was wrong. I have dealt with bad P-Dealers before and the key is to tell them what they need to do for you instead of asking; unfortunate. I also made them very nervous by talking to potential customers in the showroom; I didn't instigate anything but was happy to tell them the reason I was there
