Default 2 problems with drivers vent

1) how do I remove the drivers side vent assy. the one with the headlamp ****?
2) My carbon fiber one was cracked and bought a replacement on ebay and guess what? It is black leather on the vent and side mine is grey. Anyone have a grey one in good shape they want to trade or a passanger one in black they want to sell?

The 2 screws on the side of the vent you can see. There is a third screw behind the headlight ****. Pull the **** out and look under it. You will see a metal thing you push on with a small screwdriver and then pull the **** off.

OK I got the vent out. It does not seem to want to set flush on the install. Do you need to guide the vent in with some type of tool?

I have that drawing. I can get it out it just does not want to seat. Feels like like the vent tube does not want to slide in cleanly. Just wondering if there is a magic trick.
