Default CEL + MAF SENSOR

I recently installed 200 cell cats & the RSS plenum. Everything was fine until a road trip into Chicago. The CEL came on & has stayed on since then. I will be taking into my trusty 911 mechanic, but thought I might try cleaning the MAF just in case. Could some explain the correct procedure. Are there any specific cleaners to use.

CRC MAF Cleaner. Remove the tube. Remove the MAF carefully. Spray CRC MAF Cleaner. Cleaner also has instructions with it.

if you just installled cats and a pleneum, im ging to be t on a vacum leak due to an unhooked vacum line from your plenem install. did you miss the vacum lines that pulg in to the rubbers on the intake distrubutor?
