Default FOR SALE: Highly Optioned '02 Targa ($45K)

OK fellas, I need to sell my Arctic Silver with black interior 2002 Targa. It is loaded, and it is covered by a Porsche CPO warranty until early 2008. It has only 27K miles, and has been professionally maintained by the dealer from whom I purchased it when it had only 6K miles.

This car is very special. I am sure I will forget something but here is the listing as I can remember it:

Factory Aerokit -- Big $$$ option

Factory carbon fiber (door sills (that say Targa in silver), door pulls and covers, dash, rear center console, shifter, e-brake, dash trim, etc . . ) -- Big $$$ option

Porsche Sport Exhaust with factory electronics (so you can turn on and off) AND the sound cut out bypassed so it sounds great throughout mph range

Factory Nav -- Fairly rare on 2002s

Xenons

Euro clear turn signals and brake lights

Thicker leather steering wheel

leather airbag cover

upgraded pedals

bluetooth hands free kit

XM satellite

heated, power and memory seats

rain-sensing automatic wipers

auto-dimming mirrors

aspheric passenger mirror

GT2 spare wheel delete (makes more space in the front trunk, but I have the original spare to take it back to original if you wish)

Bose stereo

18" lightweight carrera wheels with snow tires

18" BBS RS-GTs black silver

engine protection plate

short-shift kit

Loyd floor mats

PSS9 lowered suspension and GT3 adjustable sway bar

Garage opener with for two different signals

Clear bra on front bumper, hood, side skirts and behind rear wheels.

I am sure I am forgetting something here or there. Apart from the PSS9s suspension, the car has 100% stock Porsche mechanicals

The car has not been wrecked.

I am asking $45K. Please pm me with your contact information if you would like to discuss in greater detail. Thanks.

It is listed . . . it is at the end. I am asking 55K. Of course, is someone wants to pay less, I can keep the BBS wheels, carbon fiber, aerokit, etc . . . so I can negotiate, but I really hope that someone takes the whole package because it really is stunning.

I do not know for certain what I will be moving into. The goal is to get a daily driver that I "could" use for the track once in awhile for an arrive and drive DE. The Targa is plenty capable, but it is too nice, IMHO, to use on the track. It really is a beautiful GT car . . . not a track car.

I may go without for awhile, or maybe a 997S. I would like a GT3, but I need the back seats. Thanks.

Thanks!

The more hassle free and quick someone makes this for me, the more willing I will be to negotiate (within reason, of course).

I have no "need" to sell this, so I am not a "desperate" seller, though.

TD, I saw the price! And by god it is fully loaded. By "what are you selling it for", I meant why are you selling not how much? It will definitely make someone lucky!

TD - very nice! Good luck with the sale.

The only issue I see with the car is that the steering wheel is upside down half of the time!

TD, good luck with the sale, truly a special and beautiful car!

Just outta curiosity... I know you listed factory aero kit, but is that an aero front bumper?

Gorgeous 911 - good luck with the sale. Price with all options and mileage is not unreasonable.

That is the factory aero kit for cabs and Targas. It consists of a rear wing with a splitter spoiler that snaps into the bottom of the stock bumper. Interestingly, the mounting holes are in every stock bumper.

The factory aero kit for cabs and Targas are designed so that the rear wing falls below the sight line when viewing out the rear window. I actually prefer it to the other aerokit wing for non-GT3 cars.
