All my records from the previous owner (prior to November 06) was done at Porsche of Scottsdale so I imagine that is where mine was done, and the work is beautiful. Im not sure what the cost was!

I think it's way too hot in Phoenix/Scottsdale for women to cover their **** with bras, that's just my thought.

Those dealers are all owned by United Auto Group and that is where I've had my good and bad experiences. Danny’s Car Wash does the entire tint on site as does the bra installers. They both have permanent areas to do their work in.. For what they charge to install the 3m bra and the Huper optic tint there work should be flawless. Judging by my personal experience only I’m seen there work quality suffer over the last couple of years. That is why I’m looking for other installers. If need be I will take a little vacation in the SD area and have it done there if I find suitable installers.

I try my best, it is my civic duty to run up and cover them with a cup like hand motion at my earliest convinience. Wifey doesnt like that job responsibility though, but I explain that its for the good of Arizona.

Ok I'm confused, is this in regards to the Christie's comment or the tint?

Also Luis, last month I taked to you about SoCal at the June Cupz and Coffee in Scottsdale.... SoCal has it's downside...I thought the 101 was bad on the clutch. Today on the I-5 from Newport to LA ~20mi. 1.5 hours.....I was this: -> <- close to turning off and pushing.
The week-ends are full of twisties that I cant find in AZ though...

The tint and bras.

Hope So Cal is treating you well. God knows I would rather be there than here.

Luis, I also thought this would be a good opportunity for those who are not in the know about the meet, mainly because I just found out yesterday. Here is the information as quoted from Luis' post from the Western US Forum.

"AZ Porsche Owners Cars & Coffee. Our first meet will be on Saturday May 26th 2007. We will be meeting at Cupz Coffee in North Scottsdale (11615 N 136th St Scottsdale AZ 85259, 480-657-7162) on the last Saturday of every month at 9am. We’ll hang out, talk about cars and leave for a local cruise trough some of our great roads at 10:30 am sharp that should last about an hour. We will make a stop or two for some photo opportunities. Go ahead and invite any of your Porsche friends as any and all Porsches are welcome.

Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Mark your calendars for future 2007 dates:
June 30th
July 28th
August 25th
September 29th
October 27th
November 24th
December 29th

Here is a map to the location:

See you there

Tint Guy= 623-204-9615 (Chris Mueller) Specializes in high end cars and uses the Huperoptic (sp) ceramic tint you guys speak of. He did my buddies 997TT and it came out perfect. He came to our office and was done in less than 2 hours.

Clear Bra Guy= 480-452-3073 (Jimmy Matamoros) Uses 3M clear bra, did my GT3 which turned out great. Highly recomended. Finishing touch (Arguably the best body shop in AZ) uses them exclusively.
