chsu, Thanks for directing me to Glenn.
Just an update regarding Glenn's garage in Norwalk CT. I had my brakes and oil done today, the job was done quickly, correctly and affordably. This is the first time these words have gone together regarding my Porsche service experiences. He even found the source of my rattling exhaust, which was a loose O2 sensor that he tightened up and it sounds perfect now!!!

I must say, it is great to be able to talk about something positive regarding servicing these cars, often we only hear about when dealers/service people screw up.

Robert,
That is great to hear. For people who live in NYC, this would be an option too because you can take the Merto North New Haven Line back. The shop is across the street from the East Norwalk train station and only takes less than an hour ride back to Grand Central.
Supporting a good Porsche Indie and making sure he will stick around will benefit us all!!
