I have a set of used Dansk Sport Exhausts for 99-04, polished stainless. Dansk model number is 96.300s. I am selling them for $750, FREE SHIPPING IN US. They have 2,500 miles on them. Attached are photos. I took them straight off the car and didn't clean them up. They sound great and closer to Porsche sound except louder, throatier and burble when you lift off throttle. i have a bone stock 1999 996 coupe...this exhaust is a direct bolt on with no mods ?

It's easy if you know which bolts to remove. The stock mufflers have brackets securing it to the car with three bolts. They are a little tricky to get to but easily doable with patience and do not require taking anything apart to get to. You simply reinstall the brackets on the Dansk mufflers then remount them. Your stock tips can be remounted on the Dansk cans. BTW, removal of the stock mufflers, which are much larger, require the rear wheels to be removed. It took me about two hours to take the Dansk off and put the originals back on. I wasn't rushing either.

I read 99 to 2004 when I ordered them. I'm not familiar with 98 and if it's different- I would think it applies.
