Default Do front calipers and rotors fit in the rear of a 2000 C2?

I spend a decent amount of time on the track these days and I am thinking of upgrading my front calipers and rotors to get some better stopping power. My question is if I upgrade my fronts, can I move the front set up to the rear? Has anyone done anything similar?

The rear rotors have a built in drum on the inside diameter of the hub for the park brake. Even if they did fit, which my guess would be that they don't, you wouldn't have a park brake. This is just a guess mind you and I would be happy for someone to proove me wrong if they have done it.
