Default Top doesn't close all the way... help!

Top of my cab doesn't close all the way... the hook that comes out and is supposed to grab at the front wind shield is coming out and starts grabing a couple of inches too early. Result is that it's grabing air only and roof top doesn't close.

Any thoughts???

Have you been opening and closing the roof whilst the car has been on an incline? My cabriolet sometimes does this if the car is not on a level surface when I open and close the roof.
There is a small 'grab handle' at the back of the plastic where the hook comes out to close the roof. Close the roof whilst sitting in the car and give the roof a helping hand for the hook to find the hole. After opening and closing the roof a couple of times using this method you should find that it closes by itself again.

You should still check your hydraulic fluid level. It is probably getting low.
