Coilovers, what to get?

$1150 for the kit (try Suncoast or Sunset, I actually got mine through Wheel Enhancement)
Fitting + alignment $600 at Johnsons Alignment in Torrance CA. In principle you can do it yourself - I chose to get a pro.

It's the Porsche "Sport" option from the European market. Roughly 10% stiffer, 10-20mm lower, with substantially stiffer swaybars. The set includes springs, shocks and sways, but it's not adjustable. I've put 120 miles of mainly freeway driving on it today visiting another office, and the ride is barely affected while the steering seems vastly improved. Front-end float is also improved, but after 80k on the original shocks, I suspect that any new shocks would have been an improvement
Plus side for me is that it's made by Porsche, which makes me happy and may also be handy for avoiding being bumped up too many PCA AutoX classes (I'm not 100% sure about that, though)
