Default 996 GT3 RS Crash PICTURES

During a track Day at the Dubai Autodrome (in United Arab Emirates), I was running in group A, I was driving BMW E36 M3 3.2 321hp (my 997 is back in the States) , and this GT3 was running Group B. I did not see the accident happen, but the track was closed for a hour to clean the oil and/or coolant. I talked to the owner (50 year old french guy). He said he went off the track and hit the barrier . Surprising he was very cool about it. He olso runs an Orange 997 GT3 RS

NOTE: NO ONE was hurt. Driver and Passenger window are broken inside the vehicle, they are not rolled down. If you look close enough (not clear in the pictures) the rear quarter panel and the roof show signs of crumpling.

How much "out-of-pocket" you think the guy will have? Anyone?

This is exactly the reason I am totally reluctant to "track" my car....but GOD, I'd love to!!!

Should have stolen his side markers and sold them to me. Notice how the hood just folded and didn't bend, And his headlights stayed in the same spot.

Some of the guys standing around said similar comments:

"...I want to ask him if he would sell me the motor for $500".
"...., I bet you will find the car on eBay, sometime soon...."

I wanted his seats myself

Really. Also, in case it wasn't obvious, I was trying to joke around with you rather than be a jerk.
