Hi all, I'm new to all this. I got a 1999 C4 a few weeks ago and promptly got the driver side baffler rattle. My plan was to just get a used 3.4 can and be on my way. I have no particular desire to do any mods or PSE at this time. But my question is, how would stock 3.6 cans sound on my 3.4 car?
Loaded question I suppose, because if the sound is not much different, I'll take those 3.4 cans off galeriehughie's hands. That rhymes. Thanks.

Mica: There are all sorts of writeups with pictures on the MKII mod using the 3.6 cans....do a search for modding exhaust systems or MKII muffler mods and you'll find numerous threads on the subject. Also search for articles written by FisterD. The most satisfying route seems to have been using the modded MKII 3.6L cans on the 3.4L engines. I went that route when I had my 99 C2 and loved it. It comes close to a PSE system, but nothing matches the PSE exactly.
