Oh, just for the sake of...well, being RIGHT, I called the UPS store to see how much it would cost to ship a 5lb box to canada. This was with THEIR packaging, AND matierials, time and THEM shipping it out for the cheapest (ups standard) rate.

They'd charge $42.00

Before anyone says but yes, UPS is in it to make money. First of all, there is NOTHING wrong with an Ebay seller contracting to the UPS store, and charging the customer exactly that much, which would seem like an "exorbitant" (as you said) amount, but is NOT.

OR, the Ebay seller doing it all him/herself, and making a "small" profit on shipping, for their time, effort and materials and charging what the UPS store would charge.

Chris 996 sold me on the pedals! How hard are they to install? If they aren't too hard I'd consider it.
