Default caliper piston popped out

Yesterday I had a rear caliper unbolted to change vibration dampers and pads and one of the caliper pistons fell out. I lost some brake fluid, cleaned the piston well and replaced it. Then I attached the new dampers, rebolted the caliper in place, installed the pads and bled the caliper. Anyone know if I need to do anything else?

Sounds like you are fine. Next time place a board against the brake pedal just barely depressing it before you remove a caliper. Keeps everything in its place
