Porsche WILL CPO a car that outside the new vehicle warranty.

Bought a PO C2 from Paul Miller a couple of years ago. Good car; horrible experience. There are plenty of used Porsche's out there. Find another one.

Why was the experience so bad?

I found the salesman utterly dishonest, and the sales manager worse. There was one story after another with regard to price, CPO status, previous ownership, condition of the car, etc. I finally got the true story elsewhere and bought the car--it was EXACTLY the one I wanted and thus was hard to walk away from. However, that Porsche even allows this dealership to exist demeans the brand. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Porsche guy and will continue to own the cars, but this was an almost unbelievable experience. I will not be returning and, since a prospective buyer asked, I don't think this is the dealership to buy from--especially over the net!

What is the difference between the 02 and 03? Why are the 02s selling for so much cheaper?

From what I understand...there aren't any real notable differences between '02 and '03. Not even to '04 as well. Your deal sounds pretty good. Any luck with it???
