Question about my clutch

So, one of the (small) problems I had with my new car, the clutch squeaked when disengaging (letting out), kind of a creaking sound.

I brought to the dealer, they said the spring has to be replaced.

So, I called to see when it would be ready and they said they are replacing the cylinder, master I think it was.

Questions are, how MIGHT this affect my clutch-feel/response?

How much would this have cost me, had this not been covered by CPO?

shouldnt affect feel at all

probaly close to 800 iirc. not a very comonn failure thoug.

You sure they didn't mean the spring cylinder under the clutch pedal holding the spring...the plastic one we all removed and some of us put back?

Ya must be...I guess. Cause they didn't seem to make a big deal out of it. Couldn't be the master one? Right?
