Does anybody know if

a) the GT3RS bumper fits a standard 03 C2 (for sure... I'm 95% sure it does)

b) if the three air exhaust notches on top of the bumper can be left alone of if one must install some "under the bumper" stuff to make them functional

c) who has the real thing at a good price, or failing that a quality repro made of plastic, not fiberglass requiring hours of fitting
