You have to wonder why the dealership or salesman taking the order didn't intercede on that one. To each his own, but I'd never "own" that one. That's going to be a major detractor for any potential buyers....
I wonder if the 'order' wasn't placed by a g.m. that knew he was on the way out as a parting 'gift' for the dealership... I've seen the results of that at a BMW dealer with an e46 M3 that they were practically giving away.
I saw a '99 aero coupe a few years ago that I believe was paint to sample "Rain Forest Green" a dark metallic green with this color interior. It had Sports seats with painted backs and console. The interior looked more dark green than the blue-green in these picks. It had a very rich and unique look. I think most would have agreed and liked the look, but possibly not for their car.
Beyond black, Porsche's leather colors are, IMO, too *fresh*. Green can be very attractive. If anyone here is familiar with the green leather in a MG, you understand.
