Autocrossed at Candlestick last Satruday (PCA GGR #2) in the rain. I washed the car the and tried to be extra careful when cleaning it. Unfortunately, I ended up w/little scratches all over. One of my friends (also has a black car) suffered the same fate. Anyone else have this issue after las week's autocross? Any ideas on how to get rid of the little scratches?

The micro-scratches are what they call "spider webb scratches" as a result of not getting all the little dirt particles off in the washing process. The particles end up scratching the surface and producing those little micro-lines you see in the sunlight or especially in fluorescent light.
You can get them out using the procedures outlines on Autopia.com....they have a detailing forum there...but they will come out. You can also check the detailing section here...there's a lot written up on it.

Depends on how bad the scratches are. Compounding or polishing may smooth them out to the point that they are no longer visibly or you could bring your car to a detailer. Check out the links below.

Also there are numerous touch-up paint systems such as the one linked below

Your avatar reminds me of a 928 owner I meet at a rally. He had “slower traffic keep right” with an arrow pointing right that could be read in the rear view mirror of the car in front of him.
Good luck
