DIY Muffler bypass question
I'm looking at some mandral bent pipe pieces locally to use for a DIY muffler bypass project and have a simple question.
How much length is needed from the cat to the 90 degree bend? and then how much is needed after the 90 degree (if any) to properly dump the exhaust?
**Edit** Is 2 inch or 2 1/4 the correct diameter?

Been there tried that... problem is finding METRIC tubing! Neither 2" or 2 1/4" will fit right. Call Joe and Fabspeed and just buy a set from him. Much easier.

It's a 2" right angle pipe that Pep Boys has in stock. They're usually in a display with all the various exhaust pipe pieces. The part number is 548703. Fits perfect, no other pipe needed.

That what I thought until it fell off at Limerock, so I put it back on and really clamped it down. Off to Pocono the next weekend... fell off again! I was done with it. Bought the fabspeeds.
