Rob - I think you have to the potential for a lot of business here on the 996 Forum if 1) your quality is high (like the Leather Cover for Instrument Panel shown in your first post) and 2) your prices are competitive or lower than the alternative sources.
Here are a couple of items that I think would be some of the more popular items for 996'ers to have in leather. I am sure that some of the other members may want to add a few items to this list.
o - Cover for Instrument Panel
o - Airbag cover
o - Rear center console
o - Upper center console (horse shoe)

Entering "Rennlist" on my web site shopping cart page in the "Discount password or coupon box" gets you a 5% discount.

Is there a separate "rear" console? I thought there was a center and front console. I can't find a part number listing for a rear console.

How long would it take to cover the center console cover? I would be interested in the cover without the emblem. I am also in Michigan (Lake Orion).
Thanks!

If you mean the lid cover. Actual shop time is less than an hour. If its shipped to me, I can usually turn it around in 3 business days.

Just looked at your site... great. If there is one thind I could change with my cars it would be to have the full leather interior. Perhaps you can help me with that! Just so I understand... I mail you my instrument surround and center console storage cover and you cover them with leather and send them back? Or do you send them and I send back cores? I am all over this either way... but my cars is a daily driver so it's tough to be without parts.

Installation of the leather covers is not hard. They are tailored to fit so all you need to due is remove the old vinyl, fit the cover, line it up & get the wrinkles out, trim off the excess and glue it to the underside.
These items as cores are relatively expensive compared to the cost of the covers and installation.
I checked a couple of wrecking yards and they want over $350 for the cluster piece and $100 for the console lid in vinyl. That would bring the installed cost for both to over $700.00
I do have one 996 cluster piece I could use as a core. But at a core charge of $350, I'll leave it up to you.
