I recently moved to the area, making paul miller the closest dealer. The few times I have spoke to them, they were uncooperative (cant schedule you in for a week) and were pessimistic on minor issues.

I ended up going to Prestige in Nanuet, NY for a warranty work, but Rennwerke, an Indy in elmsford NY almost exclusively.

Anyone ever go to Rolfs in Summit?

I had Rolfs mount and balance my new tires. They scratched the rims slightly, and I had to get my front tires re-balanced by STS (and STS did it right)!

Wait...I was always under the impression that we needed a special Porsche tool to remove the drain plug? Is this not the case?

8mm hex wrench if memory serves me well - not exactly a specialist Porsche tool!
