Default 996 C2 01 power prob

Hi all,
I own a 996 C2 o1 300ps with PSE manual.

just about few hours ago i dynoed my car with

test 2 : PSE ON ( loud ) blue curve, car shows 291.8 ps / 214 KW @ 7455 and
test 3 : PSE OFF ( silent ) green curve, car shows 283.9 ps / 208.8 KW @ 7419 RPM

besides the PSE car is totally stock air filter stock as well

car has 92.500 klms on the clock

question now:

1. porsche states that PSE do not affect power . why there are two different max powers then? ( have in mind i have dynoed the car 6 times 3 PSE on & 3 OFF)

2. why there is a drop in power in both cases around 6000 rpm?

3. with PSE on ( loud)TEST 3 car shows 291.8 ps / 214 KW @ 7455, it should reach max power around 6800 rpm according to the manual.

4. max with PSE on ( loud)TEST 3 is 320 NM @ 4966 rpm and should be 350 NM @ 4600 rpm. why?

5. has any of you a dyno chart with a. stock exhaust b. PSE on c. PSE off to compare?

I need help in terms of thoughts or possible probs.....

anything will be appreciated

if you need more feedback on details let me know and I will answer them all

have in mind that car has been serviced from new ALWAYS in an OPC and had once and RMS leak @ 35.000 klms replaced under warranty.

thanks in advance

I can't wait to hear the anecdotal folks tell you how dyno's aren't accurate and that Porsche know's best.

I noticed the dip at 6200 before I had my GIAC program installed. The same dip is in the dyno graph in the manual I believe and on GIAC's dyno's on their web site. It's almost a clear signature that you are looking at a real 996 dyno graph. I still notice the dip now but it's not as noticeable as it was when I was stock.

I don't understand what you mean in question #4.

all I mean in Question 4 is that HP power is close what posrche claims...but torque is far away compare to what it should be.

it is 320 NM @ 4966 rpm and should be 350 NM @ 4600 rpm.

can anyone explain why?

You mentioned that you had run 3 tests with the PSE on and 3 with it off. Was the difference between the two always about the same? What order were the runs made in?

I'm going to assume Porsche's HP and TQ numbers are to the "crank" and your numbers are to the "wheels". Crank HP and TQ should be higher than wheel hp and TQ because Crank measurements are just measuring the power from the engine it doesn't include the drivetrain loss when the engine is actually connected to a car.

difference between the two always about the same +/- 1 HP

ORDER WAS, 1.WITH/ 2.WITHOUT/ 3.WITH/ 4.WITHOUT/ 5.WITH/ 6.WITHOUT
