vwrado,

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your purchase. In regards to your question I would recommend some board sponsors as they have rennlist discounts. I would also try fleabay which is a good source. Most importantly have fun and enjoy it.

Now a welcome to the group I have a newer model but I think I saw a thread recently on how to remove the turn signal amber without having to replace the whole unit. Good luck and have fun!

Thanks everyone!!! This car is such a blast to drive! I use to own a e36 M3 and the 996 is completely different.

Are you talking about these tail lights? Because mine is a '99 and I have the clear corners and turn signals also.

I think the orange/red was on the early MY99, then changed to the smoke/red.

Yes, those are the lights I am looking for. Does anyone know if I have to replace the entire front headlights to get rid of the orange in the front?

Vwrado - Congrats on getting a nice looking P-car. The clears will look great on your car.

I see that my "associates" beat me to the punch about posting pics! Man, this job is getting easier and easier every day. Good job, Fellas!

Some of my question was:

1. The entire front headlights need to be replace if I want to get rid of the orange right?
2. Will boxster headlight fit my model? 99 996
3. Which vendor have good prices on headlight and taillight?
4. Can I manually put the "wing" up and down?

and there is more where that came from

Sorry, I'm still new to porsches.

Here is a quick photo I snapped earlier.

I heard that my red calipers are upgraded from the S model. Is this true?

1.Yes...but as mentioned above, someone posted a thread recently about doing it without replacing the whole light. Do a search, it's just past few days.
2.I don't think the boxster lights will fit your 996, but I'm not 100% sure though.
4.The rear spoiler button is down on your left footwell, by the fusebox.
Using that manually is posing, though..

Red calipers could be just painted...you gotta take a close look, maybe look for part numbers?
