Rub off does'nt matter to me I plan on just wearing black all the time.

I do not see how the top clips come off, do they turn to one side, does it get uncliped from bottom then lifted off the top clips? I do not want to brak something.

Well cleaned off any excess and I could not get any rub off with white rag.

Well got the back off and was hoping to take the leather off to have it resown "what's the trick" on removing that part? Nevermind I think I will take it down to have them figure it out and repair. Thanks for the help everyone.
