I did not request dim value, I have been told by many that you cannot request dim value on an accident that is your fault. Does anyone know to the contrary?

Horsepoopie. It doesn't matter who was at fault, the value is still diminished.

Very nice. Any out of pocket for the '02 upgrade? Litronics? I would think that would cover your diminished value concerns.

I think that would be governed by the terms of your policy with USAA. You should sit down and read it end-to-end.
