My brother in law bought a 2000 C2 Silver/black about a year ago CPO. It had 15,000 miles and now has around 17000. Car looks new, has another year on the CPO. Sits on 17's has PSM and a few options and new tires. Your thoughts on what a fair trade price between the two of us would be appreciated. TIA

take it to Carmax and get an appraisal on it

Add 10% to that and you have yourself a fair trade

If he thinks its to fair let him try selling it on his own. Let him spend all his time showing it to people that just want to drive a porsche.

Thanks AAron. He started by going to KBB which I think is probably on the high side. Your suggestion is a good one but requires his willingness to take the car somewhere. I greatly value the opinion of this community so I am hoping some members will chime in.

No prob

I think your right about KBB.

On a side note. Carmax is real easy. Takes about 30 min and it's super easy to do. They don't even try to pressure you. I sold them 1 car and had another appraised.

If he really wants to sell it, I don't think he will mind
