I pulled my passenger seat out of my porsche to install the brain on my new deck. The air bag light is now on.
I have read all the older posts about the light and know a PST2 to reset it.
Is there any other way to reset it other than the pst2 at the dealer.
Help!!!!

If you're on a good relationship with your dealer they should do it for free if you have the car in for other service (oil, whatever). I use an indy and he has done this.
It literally takes 5 minutes (with 4 minutes spent waiting on the PST2 to boot up).
I got tired of taking it over so I went ahead and bought the Durametric product. Very easy to use and I've reset the light at least twice....the best part is not having to take the car in.
Well worth the money to have around.

K996 is right. If you plan on having to reset the airbag light again this is a good tool to have. If you don't want to have the tool then go to your dealer or indy with a PST2. If you relationship is good then probably free 99 times out of 100. If not, it could be as much as the standard min 1 hour of labor charge.
