But seriously, removing the front bumper to install the side marker lights ?? That's like removing the front windshield just to get in the car instead of opening the door ...

Hi Hamilton,
By now I guess you've realized you didn't need to remove the bumper. Next time you want to do something on your car, search Rennlist first and you'll probably find many time-saving tips to get the job done. That's what I did the other day when I installed the clear side markers on my car. Had it done in a few minutes. This forum can be a valuable resource.
My next job is to replace the crappy plastic shift linkage piece with the aftermarket aluminum piece. There are some great threads here on that as well as some very nice pics to go with it.
